What you will need:
- Whole Chicken (Innards Removed)
- Large Baking Dish
- 1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika
- 2 Carrots or Celery Stalks
- Medium-sized Onion
Preheat to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Cook for 80-90 minutes
Safe temperature is 170 Degrees Fahrenheit when fully cooked
